Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Bridges dental clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to all our clients.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and Direct Debit payments.

 

1. Cancellations (Appointments & Sessions)

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

  • Minimum notice period: 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made after the notice period may be non-refundable or incur a cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.

     

2. Refunds for Services

Our services are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel a session within the required notice period.
  • A service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part.
  • A duplicate payment or billing error occurred.


All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

If you have a subscription or recurring service:

  • You may cancel at any time by contacting us or cancelling the Direct Debit via your bank.
  • Please give at least 5–10 working days notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
  • Once a payment has been collected, it is not automatically refundable unless covered by the criteria in section 2.

     

4. Bacs Direct Debit Guarantee

Payments made via Bacs Direct Debit are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which gives you the right to an immediate refund from your bank in the event of:

  • An error in the amount collected.
  • A payment taken on the wrong date.
  • A payment you did not authorize.


This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay by Direct Debit.
